To schedule a time for us to give you a call, please send us an email. Let us know the nature of your inquiry so we can ensure the right team member contacts you to assist. We currently do not have a customer service phone line as our small team isn't able to manage calls throughout the day. By understanding your needs in advance, we can gather the necessary information and offer a more efficient service.
You can shop at The Shirt Company without creating an account by using our Guest Checkout. When using our Guest Checkout you don't need to create a password and no personal details will be saved - for example your address and order history on our website.

We can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details before it has been packed and picked up by our couriers.
Once your item has been dispatched, we are unable to recall your parcel and make amendments.
We offer our customers the exclusive opportunity to purchase our styles before they arrive in the U.K. Please note once purchased via our ‘Pre Order’ option your payment is processed and your shirt is allocated to you exclusively and under no circumstances are your allocated items made available for purchase to other customers. If you have purchased your items on ‘Pre Order’ please allow for a period of 4 to 8 weeks for your item to arrive. Please read our delivery conditions regarding late or delayed delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to trace your package.

UK orders can return their orders for free using the prepaid label enclosed in their order up to 14 days after delivery. International orders have a 28 day period for returns.
