You can earn points in multiple ways:

Shopping with us: Earn 10 points for every £1 (GBP) spent.

Creating an account: Get points just for signing up.

Following us on social media: Engage with us and collect extra points.

Leaving a review: Share your thoughts on our products to earn more.

Birthday reward: Celebrate your special day with bonus points!

Most points do not expire unless otherwise stated. Please check the terms and conditions for promo related bonus points for their expiration.

Unfortunately, points can only be earned on purchases made after joining the program.

No problem! All purchases made in a different currency will be automatically converted to GBP (£) using Shopify’s currency conversion rates at the time of purchase. Your rewards points will be earned based on the final converted GBP amount.

Generally, rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes and only one reward can be used per transaction.

When you refer a friend, they’ll receive a discount on their first purchase. Once they complete their order, you’ll also receive your unique discount code as a thank-you!

If you return a purchase, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your balance.
